(B) Payment of the Duplicate Big Game License Tag Fee specified in Section 702, established pursuant to subdivision 1053(b) of the Fish and Game Code, and as adjusted pursuant to Sections 713 and 1055 of the Fish and Game Code. Applicants for the apprentice pronghorn antelope hunts shall hold a junior hunting license for the license year for which they are applying.
