The sun did not enter the patio area hence no sun loungers supplied and it was open to a walkway where guests and service buggies are continually walking/driving past you making it hard to relax so for a lovely room a BIG let down on the outside area (room 507). They were also brilliant with our daughter. Fortunately, the big majority of our guests rate our food very well.I sincerely hope to give us the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and let us regain your confidence.
