Tip your jigs with worm or maggot for increased success. Nymphing has also been productive, both with a short setup in shallow water, and a longer rig in deeper water. The nymph fishing will be an angler's best bet heading into fall. While the Clark Fork is coming down a little bit from last week, a rainy weekend and warm days ahead with temperatures in the 70s may bump the river again. Got that covered too.
